- Instructor access: Both instructor laptops are networked to the classroom printer which is located in rm. 2353A (the classroom closet). If this printer needs maintenance please contact Amy Chirman at 9-3229.

- Instruction Room Issues and Campus Classroom Spaces - List compiled by Annette Marines.
- Diagram of standard classroom setup: This will be posted in the classroom (in process, 3/09, AC). Staff requesting classroom use are listed as the contact person for that instruction session or meeting and are asked to return the classroom to its standard setup at the end of their scheduled room use.

- Who gets to use the room: The McHenry Library classroom reservation and use policy is availabe at library.ucsc.edu/ref/350/policy.html.
- How to book the room: The Reference Unit is responsible for booking instruction sessions and meetings in the McHenry Library classroom. - Is food allowed in the classroom? Here is a link to the University Library Food and Drink Policy: Food_Drink_Policy.pdf. Covered beverages ONLY are allowed in the library classrooms at McHenry and the Science & Engineering library.

- Just talked to Mike Veglia for a bit on the projector / smartboard discussion
- PCST had mentioned we might need a higher end projector for images, does the epson provide this? would the smartboard provide this? is it a priority
- Media services uses a "wolfvision" document camera almost exclusively, what are drawbacks / advantages of this compared to the smart board
- epson bulbs are $400 and last 2500-3000 hours
- HAVC (art history) uses some higher end projectors in a few locations, is that important to checkout?
