-         One-stop shopping

 

-         Point-of-need service, at time of need or place (any time, any place)

LMS, etc.; IT integration; seamless

 

-         Learning lab(s); creativity

 

-         Support user-created content; creation and preservation; including research

 

-         Information literacy, integrated with campus

 

-         Flexible physical space; comfortable, accessible place to study

 

-         Community space

 

-         Multi-functional, multi-tooled print e-environment (for resources); digital

collections beyond text licensing & creation

 

-         Support for interdisciplinarity “a living source of knowledge”

 

-         User-segmented focused outreach of services provided (branding & marketing)

 

-         Integration (co-locating; co-working); faculty teaching in library; librarians going to departments

 

Points for Goal Setting

 

 

-         The desired results after 3+ (3-5) years
