Visioning the Library of the Future

Introduction to Exercise:  The group was challenged in this exercise to describe the library at its best (from student point of view).  Using the City on a Hill Press the group split up and worked in small groups to create headlines and lead-ins that featured the library on the cover/home page of an issue for January, 2013 from a student point of view.  We were encouraged to use the information gathered from our SWOT, STEPE, customer analysis, and other UCSC info.  As a group,  we brainstormed a “vision” of ideas and selected those significant to undergraduates, then graduates, and finally, faculty.
